Although we can occasionally squeeze in a last-minute trip or add a stop to your itinerary, we hope you’ll call us at least three (3) days before your planned medical appointment.
While we appreciate advanced notice, we understand that emergencies arise. We ask you to cancel your ride at least 24 hours before its scheduled time. This gives us the opportunity to schedule last-minute rides or possibly accommodate any add-on stops for other patients.
No. RouteGenie is a tool that helps us take advantage of the latest technology but it is not for everyone. If you don’t have a smartphone and have no desire to get one, that’s perfectly fine with us. We’ll be happy to call you on your regular telephone and send you correspondence through the U.S. mail.
We’re pleased to provide service to the entire city of Columbia as well as several surrounding areas. There are no excluded neighborhoods or areas of town. If you’re traveling within the greater South Carolina area, we can take you to and from your appointment.
Yes. We offer stretcher transportation service staffed with a licensed EMT. We insist on sending an EMT if you’re in a stretcher to best meet your comfort, safety, and potential health needs.
Yes. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance policies.
